AdSense Tricks To Boost Your Commission

Google AdSense is fast becoming the preferred way for people to earn an income online.
To learn some of the so called ADSENSE secrets from the self-proclaimed AdSense gurus they will charge you a fee. After doing some research and some reading I realised that those secrets aren't that difficult to do or achieve.

I am willing to share what i know for no fee, and hope u spread the word.

A <--- One of the big mistakes people make is to Change the color of their ads to attract attention to their website visitors, thinking that is the right way. Doing so you are making a big mistake!!! Code your ads to match your web site. Make sure you use the same colors for your ad frame and background. That way the ads will look like they are part of your website, not looking like an Ad ( people don't like clicking on ads ). Use exactly the same ad text font and color as the text written in you website. Making them look just like your Blog or web it will make them click on the ads thinking you wrote it etc....


B <--- One other thing that people ( well maybe animals also, hehehe ) tend not to like is Leaderboard images & tradicional Horizontal banner styles...


C <--- Research on google for the competitive Keywords, getting the info from various blogs or Keyword research tools. Here is a list of good keywords that i found:

Loan and Mortgage keywords are highly paid but the problem is people tend not to get interested in them and so you wont have much click frequency on them, and so if you think you wont get a frequency on those keywords it's better to have a not so well paid keyword and so you will end up making more money.


D <--- Use Google's new 4 and 5 link ad units wherever possible. They seem to have a much higher Click Through Rate (CTR) than regular ad styles. You can view all the AdSense ad formats here.

E <--- Putting images next to the add to attract attention is another trick, but remember make it look like the image and the Ad are all part of the web as if you posted both n they ae interacting with each othere!!!

F <--- If you have multiple pages in your web or blog make sure you use the full allowance of multiple AdSense ads in which are: 3 regular AdSense ads + 1 link unit. but be careful with the placement. ( remember what i said before!!! )

- 1 horizontal 4 link ad unit towards the top of the page under the first paragraph
- 1 vertical skyscraper text ad unit about halfway down the left hand side under "Sponsor Links"
- 1 vertical skyscraper image ad unit down the left hand side under "Sponsor Links"
- 1 horizontal text banner unit at the bottom of the page with images above each ad to draw attention to them.

You can also include 1 AdSense referral button in addition to the 3 other units.


G <--- Another big mistake is to create a blog or website just for the sake of adding Adsense. Try or better DO create a website that has a theme and is something that you are interested in so you will do it with more passion. Creating a nice web will attract many people. having the add matching your theme is a good way to do so, as it will look even more realistic and part of your website.
